Our homes are equipped with state-of-the-art security surveillance cameras to ensure maximum protection. We uphold a strict alcohol- and drug-free living environment, fostering a safe and healthy atmosphere for all residents. Additionally, we offer a 24/7 emergency phone line for immediate assistance.
Who Qualifies
To ensure a harmonious living environment, all residents must be 100% independent and possess reliable monthly income. Accepted income sources include SSDI, SSI, VA Disability/VA Pension, and retirement funds. Our houses are alcohol and drug-free, and we maintain a strict no-pets policy.
